Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn, used, or show signs of use are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Digital Products

Digital products, including fitness programs and downloadable content, are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Undeliverable or Returned to Sender

If a shipment is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer — including an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery — a handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling costs:


Standard Shipping: €10.00

Express Shipping: €20.00

Refunds are processed only after the returned shipment has been confirmed by the logistics partner.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
